Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@mati.com or call our customer support. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a refund. Orders cancelled after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a full refund if they have already been dispatched.
For returns and exchanges, you may request them within 7 days of receiving your product. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Certain items like personalized products or those marked as final sale may not be eligible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–4 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
For exchanges, once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will dispatch the replacement item within 2–3 business days. If the replacement is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund. Return shipping for exchanges will be covered by us only in cases of defective or wrong items.
